No. Accounts are for one person. You can use up to 3 devices, and only one practice session can run at a time.
Yes. The Free plan is genuinely free and no credit card is required to create an account. It includes 3 mock interviews per month, 3 AI answer analyses per month, 1 voice session per month and 1 resume upload per month, refreshed monthly. It is a complete version of the practice flow — you paste a real job listing, get questions written for that role, answer them, and receive AI feedback. Detailed progress analytics is the one thing reserved for Pro.
Yes. The free demo at acethatinterview.ai/demo lets you answer a real interview question and receive instant AI feedback without creating an account at all. It exists so you can judge the quality of the feedback on your own answers before deciding whether to sign up. The Interview Pass also has a 48-hour refund window if you have started no more than 2 practice sessions.
Yes. You can cancel at any time from the subscription page in your account, with no phone call and no cancellation fee. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, so you keep access you paid for. Pro comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Interview Pass refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if you have completed no more than 2 sessions. Neither affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
